Hello, my name is Eduardo Paperini

I am a seasoned professional with over 13 years of experience in Venture Capital, M&A, and Consulting across Europe and Latin America. Specializing in tech, innovation, and investments, I have successfully worked on over 30 venture deals (pre-seed to Series A) and 6 M&A transactions (£25m–£50m). I have also served as a Non-Executive Board Director, advising founders on operations, finance, fundraising, strategy, and expansion.

I’m the founder of ventures like NotAnotherTechEvent, Salsa Ventures, Longhouse Global, and FAAP Angels. I hold a Master’s in Finance and a BA in Business and am multilingual in English, Portuguese, and German, with proficiency in Spanish and French.

 

I have deep expertise in sectors such as Venture Capital, AI/ML, Deep Tech, SaaS, AgTech, PropTech, Insurance, and Manufacturing. I am also highly skilled in finance, strategy, go-to-market execution, entrepreneurship, project/change management, process mapping/improvement, and technologies like SQL, Python, and Power BI/Tableau.

 

I hold British, Italian, and Brazilian nationalities. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, gardening, reading, photography, cycling, travelling, and practising Krav Maga.
